Work Time: 10 AM – 7 PM

Academic Qualification & Work Experience:

Graduate / Undergraduate in any stream from recognized institute & education board.
0 to 6 months of experience in BPO Industry
Age between 21 years to 45 years

Key Responsibilities

HandlE outbound calls of customers
Identify the needs of customers, resolve issues, and provide solutions
Upsell / Cross-sell other offerings of the organisation
Maintain good customer relations
Maintain confidentiality of transactions
Follow Company and Client Code of Conduct
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
