Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a relationship executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our o erings could best support their objectives.

To be successful as a relationship executive, you should ensure alignment between our organization's objectives and each client's needs. Ultimately, an indispensable relationship executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients' interests.

Relationship Manager duties and responsibilities:

● Managing relationships with customers.
● Maintaining data and taking follow ups.
● Identifying and communicating customer needs.
● Raising invoices and quotations.
● Resolving customer issues and concerns.
● Developing and implementing marketing strategies to grow the customer base.

Relationship Executive Requirements:

● Graduations or equivalent education qualification.
● Prior experience is great but a fresher would do too.
● In-depth knowledge of e ective sales and negotiation tactics.
● Outstanding verbal and written communication.
● Ability to forge profound working relationships.
● Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills.

Salary: In the range of INR 12,000 /- to INR 15,000 /- per month

Working hours: On site work, 8 hours shift, 6 days a week.

Spaceship: As the name says Spaceship is for storage Spaces and Shipments.
We extend our service from household goods to businesses and plan on getting into cold storage as well. When it comes to shipments we do business shipments be it B2B or B2C. We are also into household goods shipments (Packers and movers). Furthermore we want to get in to drop shipments and local transit shipments too.
