Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with the marketing and communications team to understand video production requirements and objectives.
Conceptualize, storyboard, and script video ideas in line with Qubic Properties' brand and messaging.
Assist in shooting and editing high-quality videos, including property showcases, promotional videos, interviews, and event coverage.
Incorporate visual effects, motion graphics, and other post-production techniques to enhance the final videos.
Collaborate with the team to optimize video content for various platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.
Stay updated with the latest video production trends, techniques, and tools to bring innovative ideas to the table.
Requirements:

Current enrollment in a relevant degree program such as Film Production, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects).
Basic understanding of video production techniques, including framing, lighting, sound recording, and post-production workflows.
A creative and artistic eye with the ability to translate ideas into compelling visuals.
Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
