Job Description
Age limit up to 30 max
The Deputy Manager - Finance & Accounts will be responsible for managing all financial, accounting, banking, costing, auditing, taxation, compliance, MIS reporting, and related tasks. He will report to the Head – Finance & Accounts. The candidate will collaborate closely with the top functional leadership team and assist the management for effective control, risk management, and reporting.
Additionally, the position will be in charge of making sure that the financial systems and practices are in place to support efficient control.
In addition, the role will partner with the Human Resources (HR), Sales & Marketing & Information Technology (IT) staff to enhance and better integrate the finance role.
Activities and Tasks
The responsibilities would include, but not be limited to, the following:
Overseeing all accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems ensuring compliance as per regulatory requirements;
Working Capital and Cash flow Management including follow-up on receivables, inventory analysis, and optimization of advances. Implement policy on credit provided to customers as well as credit availed from vendors.
Analysis of various capital expenditure requests.
Maintaining internal control and safeguards for receipt of revenue, costs, budgets, and actual expenditures;
Consistently analysing financial data including production cost and presenting financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements; monitor progress and keep senior leadership abreast of the financial status;
Managing and tracking the performance of invested assets
Assisting leadership in the annual budgeting and planning process
Managing organizational cash flow forecasting by working in partnership with various functions;
Coordinating all audit and tax activity;
Leveraging strengths of the finance team members; providing clarity on the roles and responsibilities; developing and implementing training as needed to maximize and help them reach optimal individual and organizational goals;
Candidate Key Skills:

Other qualifications required for this role, include:
A minimum qualification of M.COM / Inter CA / ICWA with at least 5 years of work experience;
Must have the analytical skill and a multitasking attitude
Solid experience in finance, tax, accounts, and audit activities such as managing, reporting, budget development & analysis, monitoring cash flows, general ledger analysis, payroll, etc.;
Technology savvy with various tools including integrated ERP / Tally.
Problem-solving skills and handling challenges across functions;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; experience in effectively communicating key data, including presentations to senior management;
Personal qualities of integrity, credibility, & unwavering commitment to Organization’s mission;
Risk management skills including FOREX and Commodity
