Empower clients with metadata-based analysis, movement, management and content awareness for all unstructured data assets
Deliver on existing SLA’s while improving existing CAPEX and OPEX unstructured data budgets
Eliminate file type, storage or Cloud vendor lock-in with heterogeneous data movement, on-premise, on-premise to cloud or cloud to cloud
Provide a NEW level of content insights to protect clients from unknown data exposure risks (GRC, PII, HIPAA, GDPR, etc.)

Role

As part of the Data Dynamics R&D team, you will work on implementing designs, developing high quality programs and systems, partnering with stakeholders to ensure high quality deliverables.

You will share your learnings from projects through knowledge management initiatives and leverage knowledge from other projects to drive high efficiency and effectiveness.

Responsibilities

Create and present compelling design concepts as part of UX strategy and focus group sessions.
Present design proposals to the stakeholders that are backed up by strong business and user benefit rationale.
Team up with product development folks to ensure the design gets translated well as a final product.
Manage communication at all levels and be responsible for project deliverables with quality and on time.
Coordinate with product management and technology teams to bring designs to a pixel-perfect reality
Deeper eagerness for observing human behaviour, and synthesizing insights into design.
Experience with qualitative and user-centred design methodologies
Produce and enhance wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flow diagrams, and other UI-UX design solutions for Desktop & Mobile products.
Act in a creative, curious, and questioning capacity; be open to taking and providing critique
Required Skills and Experience

Has industry experience of min 12 years with a Data-driven, Research-oriented UCD based approach to UX Design.
Should have a Product mindset and is Business-driven. Preferably a technology enthusiast.
Should have led the customer journeys and has experience in design during their previous experiences.
Must have a deep eagerness for observing user’s journeys and synthesizing insights into delightful design solutions: Data Visualization. Strong believer and practitioner in lean/agile UX process. Must have worked in an agile environment. Must have worked in a product/platform company earlier. Should be able to execute UXD projects independently and / or part of a small team with multiple stakeholders by diagnosing business and user needs.
MS Office skills Sketch, Figma, Principle, XD, Invision, Zeplin.etc. industry standard tools Data Visualization. Information Design, Design Communication and presentation skills.
Strong sense of urgency; commitment to deadlines and deliverables. Demonstrable willingness to take initiative and think outside the box.
Creative thinker with the ability to constantly challenge the status quo and expose details otherwise overlooked
Strong Conceptual & Visual ability to create Wireframes, Prototypes and Information Architecture incorporating best practices around UX Design, Interactive Design and Visual Design
Desired Skill Sets:

Experience designing for various devices and systems. (Native mobile, Hybrid Mobile, and Web Experiences)
Ability to communicate and present ideas and details from a UX perspective to internal and external stakeholders.
Highly detail-oriented bordering on obsessiveness towards consistency and minutiae.
Understand business strategies and goals backed by knowledge of different technologies.
Must showcase knowledge of latest design trends, best practices, and technologies.
Efficiency for conducting A/B testing and other performance testing
