Conceiving and developing efficient and intuitive marketing strategies
Conduct brand awareness and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitive ventures
Prepare and manage a marketing plan for an intended product, service, idea or event
Be a vital force in the creation and distribution of all varieties of marketing materials
Plan, direct, and organize advertising and promotional campaigns/events
Generating and executing marketing campaigns across social media platforms such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and many more
Working on the mainline communication (brochure, print & outdoor ads, direct mailers, etc.); briefing the agency, getting the creative communication developed, and liaison with media agencies to get the same executed
Attend marketing conferences and seminars as required
Brainstorming and developing ideas for creative market campaign
Foster and manage positive customer relationships
Working with in-house creative team / IT team and other departments to produce materials of visual impact and within brand guidelines
Travels to meet clients and attend conferences, trade shows, industry events, and seminars
Researches client base to find new types of customers and sells to them accordingly
Monitoring ongoing campaign spend against the budget, keeping accurate records and highlighting where variances occur.
Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary
Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
Requirements:

· Excellent written and Oral communication skills (especially in English)

· Exposure to ATL/ BTL activities

· Knowledge of Digital Marketing and agency co-ordination

· Proven work experience of 1 or 2 years as a Marketing Executive

· Highly motivated and target driven

· Candidates should possess optimistic and professional approach and poise, excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Should be team and result oriented, capable of generating ideas and content for sales, with good convincing skills.

· The candidate shall have professional focus on coordinating and enforcing branding guidelines, liaising and networking.

· Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to audience needs.

· Creative thinking & Presentation skill.

· Willing to travel extensively for exhibitions/ seminars etc at short notice.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
