Role Description

Job Purpose

Lead the team of customer associates in the region / allocated territory to ensure their performance in terms of delivering value, adherence to processes and guidelines at the sites, driving the usages of key / focus products at the sites & reporting of data as and when required by DRE, SSO & central function

Key Performance Indicators

Main Responsibilities:

Daily monitoring of on time visits and follow ups to all new sites
Daily monitoring of PT collections by CA and ensure delivery of month on month PT targets
In store & onsite training to new ECA for processes, rate card finalization, product pitching & site monitoring.
Provide guidance to customer associates for pitching & conversion of focus products at the sites
Random site visits to ensure adherence to systems & processes like usage of mechanized tools, covering and masking, correct application process and site handover after proper cleaning
Monitoring all ongoing / WIP sites to ensure on time work completion.
Submit reports to DRE, SSO & central function as & when required.
Maintaining the reports / formats as mandated by asian paints
Travel across the desired geography at least 22 days a month.
Supervise sites to check for all site hygiene are maintained by CAs and report irregularities.
Other responsibilities:

Monitoring daily updates of all activities on the CA app
Co-ordinate with ECA and contractors and ensure their attendance in all contractor training programs organized by asian paints.
Scope of Work

a) Financial Scope (Range of financial spend):

Ensure availabilityof rate cards at all stores
Monitor calculations for rate cards to ensure proper dealer margins
b) People Management Scope (Range of no. of Direct/ Indirect Reports):

Performance of Customer associates
Co-ordination with trainer & SSO for contractor training needs.
C-ordination with DA &ECA for regular leads from store for on time painting service
c) Geography Coverage (Country-wide/ State-wide / Area-wide)

Role Requirements / Specifications

Qualifications

Essential :

Graduate (Any stream) with minimum 50%
The graduation must be through a full time and regular day course
Engineers will not be considered
Age less than 25 Years. Gender : Male
Should be an Indian citizen
Desired :
MBA with specialisation in marketing
Previous Experience

Essential :

Not required / Freshers can be considered
Desired :
1 year sales or services experience in construction, paint or allied industries.
Functional Competencies

Fluency in English, Hindi & local language
Excellent communication and people skills
High orientation for customer servicing and customer delight.
Behavioral Competencies

Willingness to work in a retail environment and engage with clients across age and income groups for 8.5 hours a day and 6 days in a week. Extensive travelling across the region.
Follow grooming and etiquette standards at all times while on duty
Develop a healthy working environment for CA and effectively contribute in any team-based tasks
Be diligent and ensure timely attendance / completion of all programs and modules designed by asian paints for training and development of customer associates.
