Business Development Associate|Executive

Goldrush Capital Services Private Limited is a Delhi based financial consultancy firm, providing a range of services to corporates across a wide range of industry/sectors.

We work closely with companies across all stages of its growth cycle by advising a mix of need-based options such as Corporate Finance Advisory, Government Advisory, Private equity Advisory, M&A, fund raising, restructuring etc.

We are looking forward to hire young, dynamic and agile Business Development Associate/Business Development Executive Delhi/NCR who comes with the conviction & ability to work in a fast pace environment with rewarding career opportunities.

- Achieve the budgeted cross sell targets across the designated Product lines

- Extend professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

- Have complete knowledge of the customer base in terms of the profile, demographics & psycho-graphics for his/ her assigned territory

- Offer customized portfolio solutions to clients based on their risk/ return and liquidity profile.

- Maximize revenue generation and lead closures by using social and public media marketing campaigns.

- Meet and advise clients on investment banking

- Transaction management and deal closure from sourcing to execution. -

Develop Goldrush capital and group companies as a brand by ensuring service standards in line with company policies.

Qualifications- Educational Qualification: Graduation, Preference will be for candidates with engineering background.
