Requirements for Sutherland Global Services (Airoli).

Job Description:

1. Location: Airoli

2. Handling Inbound calls (US Customer Service)

3. Need to Handle Ecommerce Related Queries

4. Designation: CSA

5. Excellent communication skills needed

6. HSC/ Graduate Fresher or with Minimum 6 Months of Customer Service Experience.

7. Shift Timing 247 rotational shift

8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday

+. Salary – fresher -18,000 in hand + 2750 incentive

Experienced- 23000 in hand + 2750 Incentives.

10. Strict background verification for all Employment and Educations documents.

11. Rounds of Interviews: HR, Ops, Berlitz(VnA), Typing-25/85,.

12. Transport Boundaries: Kalyan to Thane, Thane to Panvel, Panvel to Kurla, Thane to Sion, Andheri to Virar.
