Responsibility

1 Listen, understand and convey customer requirements

2 Maintain expert level of product knowledge and application

3 Resolve customer issues or difficulties in a manner that is consistent with the company mission, values, and financial objectives.

4 Devises or modifies procedures to solve complex problems, and prepares detailed specifications from which programs will be written

5 Prepare technical documents and design specifications for control systems and installations

6 Design and construct control systems for single devices and/or specific functions of electrical machinery and equipment on the shop floor involving PLCs (programmable logic controllers)

7 Implement standard engineering practices, provide detailed documentation upon project completion

8 Effectively communicate issues and solutions to both technical and non-technical personnel

+ Detect failures/errors, analyse root causes and develop establish adequate solutions

10 Provide day-to-day support for shop floor PLCs and related hardware, software, and applications (example – labeling)

11 Install/troubleshoot 240V and 480V motors VFD’s and Servo drives

12 Involvement in controls projects, programming, motion, communication systems, electrical design, vision systems, and robotic integration

Qualification

1 Strong electrical/mechanical aptitude or training

2 B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics

3 Ability to manage and prioritize variable workload

4 Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

5 Candidate must be knowledgeable of cGMP’s, safety guidelines, engineering standards, and regulatory issues

Preferred

1 Experience in process control/automation is a plus

2 Experience of PLC programming for Siemens, Schneider, Misubishi, Delta

3 Experience of HMI / SCADA programming for Siemens, Schneider, Misubishi, Delta

4 Training on new PLC and HMI introduced

5 Experience on communication protocols such as RS232, RS422, RS485, EtherCAT, PROFIBUS, CAN Open ,MODBUS TCP/IP, MODBUS RTU and at TTL level like UART,I2C and SPI

6 Experience in programming of Motion Controllers

7 Experience of Integration of VFD, Servo Drive, Temp. Controller or sensors etc. with PLC .

8 Creation of BOM, Simulation, Testing and Analysis reports for new product development .

+ Experience with Computer Added Design (CAD) Software Solidworks and AutoCAD or ETAP.

10 Proficient in the use of Excel, MS SQL server, and database principles.

11 Experience with IOT integration with PLC to Cloud to APP

Salary: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
