Counter Sales Executive

Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Counter Sales Executive for our wallpaper and photo frame department. As a Counter Sales Executive, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling our wide range of wallpapers and photo frames to both retail and wholesale customers. Your computer knowledge and skills will be essential in assisting customers with their selections and processing transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers and assist them in finding the perfect wallpapers and photo frames for their needs.
Provide product information, recommendations, and guidance to customers.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of our product offerings, including wallpaper designs, materials, and photo frame styles.
Assist customers in measuring and calculating the required quantities of wallpaper and frame sizes.
Process sales transactions accurately using the computerized point-of-sale (POS) system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales counter and showroom area.
Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.
Stay updated with the latest trends in wallpapers and photo frames to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Participate in regular inventory checks and assist with restocking merchandise.
Requirements:

Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Strong computer skills and proficiency in using POS systems and basic software applications.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
A passion for interior design and an eye for aesthetics.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as per business requirements.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
