Job Purpose:

Focus on hiring the right talent.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive the Annual Manpower plan in collaboration with Business Partner and HODs. Ensure proactive searches by keeping a good connect with Business Leaders and awareness of potential churn
Source candidates as per Manpower Requisition
Coordinate for Interviews, Offers, Joining etc
Ensure process adherence and updation of Manpower Requisitions and JD whenever necessary .
Screen candidates and ensure a smooth completion of hiring process in coordination with all stakeholders
Successful closure of position till BGV and transition of candidate to HR Ops team for formalities
Support post offer follow up with candidates and synergize with HR Operations team to make the new employee experience seamless
Manage and sustain a positive candidate experience from interview to onboarding
Ensure good candidate experience through the process
Desired Profile:

Graduate
Good Communication
Hotel / Retail / Restaurant hiring experience (Mandatory)
