Selected candidates willing to relocate to Plot No. 404, 4th Phase 405 & 406, 11th Cross Rd, Ganapathy Nagar, Phase 3, Peenya Industrial Area, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560058
Speaking Hindi & English languages are mandatory.
Coordination Between Sales, Logistics and Customer
Full time Coordination to be done with Sales team, Production & Dispatch team on the subject of orders, dispatches on a daily basis
Take order from parties, customers & marketing person and make proper format for orders and maintain in excel sheet for pending orders.
Payment Follow-up and Responds to sales inquiries from the customers.
Preparing & Sending Quotes, Proforma Invoices, Production orders etc
Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material
Coordinating with Customers for Order Follow-ups, Pre and Post-Dispatch formalities, Payments etc.
Respond to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
Identifies Sales revenue trends by customer and Portfolio.
