Full Job Description
Drafting Resolutions, Minutes of Board Meetings, General Meetings, notices, and other normal CompanySecretarial Documents.
Preparation and filing of Annual Filing Documents and Forms
Filing of ECB, FC-GPR, and other FEMA compliances
All secretarial works
Other basic works in DGFT, Taxation, GST etc.
All types of Business Licensing and Registrations
Qualifications:

CS having valid membership of ICSI or degree in related field.
Company Secretary with at least 1 year of Post Qualification experience
Possess excellent verbal, written communication, and presentation skills.
Ready to adapt in fast paced environment and learn new activities.
