Job description

We are looking for someone passionate about Digital Marketing and specializing in Social Media Content Writing at a manager level. You will be responsible for all aspects of our marketing operations in this position. Creates marketing and social media campaigns and strategies, including creative planning, content ideation, team review, and client pending work reviews. Apart from that, you will be a managing team, client communication, and deliverables.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns and other work deliverables across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in digital marketing and social media marketing management with at least 2 years of experience. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

Completes social media marketing department operational requirements by scheduling daily task and following up on work results.
Ideate creative solutions to increase brand awareness of the client’s businesses in the social media ecosystem.
Manage, motivate and coach junior staff such as social media executives or assistants
Ensure page health of various social media platforms by maintaining the desired frequency of content.
Create actionable plans to both grow and maintain followers through popular social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
Monitor, track, analyze and report on performance on social media platforms using tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook insights
Research and evaluate the latest trends and techniques to find new and better ways of measuring social media activity
Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face (agency roles).
Share insights on concerned subject matter & contribute to brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
Create a creative and engaging social media Copies content
Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data, campaign data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the Campaigns.
Plan, Manage, Develop, optimize campaigns, and monitor campaigns budget.
Qualification & Key Skills

Any Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Digital Marketing course is must have
