As part of the Client Services Department, you play a central role in the business and are pivotal to the smooth running of your account(s). You will be required to have a good hold on account handling and provide support by managing projects from brief to final delivery, on time and budget. You will need to be client focused and able to demonstrate good communication, organization and time management skills to manage both your clients and internal departments, while always focusing on quality, process and profitability.

Client Servicing Executive Responsibilities:

Cultivating solid relationships with clients through the provision of exceptional after-sales service
Bridging the gap between the client and the team and decoding brief's for the team.
Creating a positive onboarding experience for new clients
Regularly interacting with clients through telephone calls, email communications, or face-to-face meetings
Maintaining an accurate record and preparing a calendar for existing clients
Responding to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Client Servicing Executive Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is a must
BMM, BBA, BMS or any relevant degree will be preferred
Proven experience working as a client servicing executive
Proficiency in MS office
The ability to work efficiently under pressure
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Exceptional customer service skills
