Responsibilities

Diagnose the clients’ specifications and wishes and suggest suitable travel packages Supply travelers with pertinent information and Create and update electronic records of clients

Maintain relationships with key persons

Keep financial statements and documents

Reach the revenue and profit targets

Work experience

Minimum 1 Year experience / Fresher

Experience in Telecalling:

At least one-year exp will be considered
Prior experience in Digital Marketing / Advertising will be a plus
Extra Skills:

Internet/MS Office/Email
Ideas and Involvement in the Tourism Industry
Job Role:-

Approaching B2C with travel packages
Receiving and replying to customer questions regarding travel offers over the phone or through email.
Search, find, define and offer relevant tour packages
Languages: English, Hindi (fluent)

Job Outline:

Make sure you have a slight idea of the local travel industry and its ongoing trends before applying.
Strong communication and selling skills to be used in the commercial sector.
Verbal and written fluency in the English language
