Roles & Responsibilities:

● Counselling students on call and face to face, regarding courses and future of the healthcare industry

● Drive walk-ins to the campus

● Should also track and follow up on all sales leads

● Need to discuss the benefit of the brand and help guide the student to make the right decision for their future

An ideal candidate should have:

● Minimum 1year of experience as an Admission Counsellor

● Good listener: Asks the right questions to understand the customers needs

● Good at consultative sales: Ability to build trust and suggest courses without being pushy

● Can handle sales pressure

● Good at communication (good in Marathi language); should have clarity in voice

● Open to take feedback; accept mistakes and failures
