Full Job Description
Prepare invoices and receipts, banking, petty cash vouchers, payment follow ups
Summarize and follow up receivables, prepare reports
Deal with accounting firm and CA when needed
Assist front office staff to handle clients, calls, follow ups, Bank related works, HR works
Deal with vendors and liaison with hotels, transporters and other service providers and negotiate for the best quote.
Update client data and follow-up status in designated software.
You must maintain a positive and ethical work climate that is conducive to attract and retain the clients.
Candidates with good communication skills are preferred.
Office is located at Palarivattom, Ernakulam

Office timings : + am till 5.30 pm

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
