Job Location:- Kochi,Kerala

Head office:- UAE

Responsibilities and accountabilities

1. Generating invoices for customers and clients, as well as tracking payments and following up on outstanding balances.

2. Entering financial data into accounting software, spreadsheets, or databases.

3. Dealing with Tax Authorities as and when it is required

4. Follow the work process diligently

5. Keep your team leader informed about the progress of the assigned tasks

6. Proper reporting to seniors in the given time frame

7. Manage Account Receivables

8. Familiar with online Government Portal

+. Provide high level administrative support and assistance to the Executive director & Manager

10. Communication with Government authorities/ clients through email

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

· 2-3 years’ work experience in accounts and tax field

· Sound Knowledge of Direct / Indirect Tax

· Good PC skills, especially MS Excel, word, PDF, Google sheet

· Excellent communication and leadership skills

· Organizational and time-management skills

· Decision-making skills

· Enthusiastic, passionate & Dedicated

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Active learning

· Language- Hindi / English

Salary :- INR 30,000- 35,000

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
