Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and passionate Continental Chef to join our team and take ownership of our kitchen. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Continental cuisine and be able to create innovative and delicious dishes that will delight our customers' taste buds. As a bonus, the selected candidate would have the opportunity to learn under an internationally experienced chef.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and design menus that are in line with our culinary vision and customer preferences
• Prepare and cook dishes that meet high-quality standards and presentation
• Manage and train kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Ensure that the kitchen is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
• Monitor food inventory and order supplies as needed
• Ensure that all food safety and sanitation standards are met

Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Continental Chef
• In-depth knowledge of Continental cuisine and cooking techniques
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
