Receptionist Cum Telecaller

Roles and Responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting clients visiting the offices
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Skills Required

Experience in handling reception will be preferred.
Excellent active listening, verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong planning and people reading skills.
Ability to multitask and stay organized.
Willingness to guide others and provide ongoing support as they make important decisions.
Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite
Proficiency in English is a must
