Job Description

Checking and calibration of weighing scales on all areas.(Packing , premix , IM , FP ...etc)
Checking the condition of Major equipment's loads and bearings(Hammermills, Pulverizes , Extruder,..etc)
Checking the condition printing Machines and quality of printing on bags.
Checking the condition of Air compressor and drain the accumulated water in every shift…
Inspecting overall plant equipment's in every shift, (checking all floors equipments)Line walk identifying the running issues and rectifying without delay.
Taking the readings from power panels in every shift.
Taking the hammer mill motor temperature readings for every one hour in shift.
Checking the condition of MCC panel starters, cables and contactors m every shift.
Changing the bearings for complaint motors and rectifying the all issues.
Checking the motor load for zone area motors in every shift.
Checking the condition of DG and transformer in every shift.
Checking the oil levels for DG and transformer in every shit.
Checking the condition of fire hydrant line
Checking the condition of fire hydrant DG and pumps.
Checking the condition of compressors at all areas.
Checking of Air purging units in every shift.
Checking the condition of sensors
Preventive maintenance for critical equipment motors.
Maintain the all records for calibration of major and minor equipment's
Maintain the check list for all equipment's. (motors, panels, fire hydrant....etc)
Planning calibration for major weighing scales( RM Weighing,Oil Weighing scales ...etc)
Repair and maintain the lighting for overall plant based on the requirement.
Checking and cleaning the AC's indoor and outdoor.
Maintain the CCTV's for overall plant.
Maintain the interconnecting phones for overall plant
Maintenance the MCC panels for weekly once. (cleaning,tightening...etc
Maintain the overall plant machinery clean and complete lubrication without cobwebs

Requirements
Qualification : ITI Electrical
Location : Lucknow Barabanki
Experience : minimum 8 Years experience in Electrical and Instrumentation, Working in a plant is mandatory .
Looking for a person who has the experience handling 2000 kVA Transformer
