• Handling calls/ queries / requests pertaining to product and service for Inbound calls effectively.
• Candidates Should have experience in Inbound Voice process.
• Complaint Management. Solving customer grievances.
• Applying process / product Knowledge in replying to customers
• An immediate joiners are preferred.
• Work from Office

Qualification :
• HSC / Any Degree
• Should Have A Fluency in English Language
• 0 - 2 Years experience ( Fresher's Eligible )
