SHIFT INCHARGE, CHEMICAL ENGINEER, EFFLUENT TREATMENT, INDUSTRIAL WATER TREATMENT, RO, TWRU Monitoring and maintaining specific parameters (O&G, pH, turbidity, TDS, hardness, TSS,COD, BOD) of ETP / WTP/ RO (Plant water, DM water) & experience of effluent treatment, water treatment and RO

Responsible for chemical handling and storage
Plant logbook updating and monitoring
Ensuring the shutdown activity in a shift is to be carried out as per time schedule.
To assist HOS for safe and smooth operations of effluent treatment plants and water treatment plant for ensuring uninterrupted running of smelters.

To assist Operation Department for safe and smooth operations of treatment plants.
Check and ******** the area in-charge for procurement of material.

To coordinate with service dept. for execution of various jobs and projects.
To coordinate with the shift operator and technician for run the plant smoothly.

Ensure that plant is running as per standard operating procedure.
Knowledge of safety standards and environment norms
5S implementation in shop floor

responsibility to report any type of incident(process, safety) in their area

Required Qualification

B.E. / B.Tech(Chemical) / B.Sc & M.Sc Chemical

Mandatory Skills

Water Quality, Water Treatment, Reverse Osmosis, Effluent Treatment, Water Engineering, TWRU
