Position Title: Accounts Executive

Qualifications: Any Graduate

Experience: 5+ Years

Job Location: Andheri & Daman

Roles and Responsibilities:

· Handling Purchase in SAP for all the Branches (Companies)

· Updating entries in SAP

· Import transactions in SAP

· Updating sales entries in SAP & Excel

· Verify Sales Bill and Preparing Sales Invoice

· Enter Sales Order in SAP Portal

· Preparing PI - Performa Invoice

· POD follow up from transporter

· Tracking on transporter bills and updating the same in SAP

· Company Expenses in SAP

· Tracking the Stock Inventory for all the branches

· Create BOM

· Preparing GST Working

· Registering GST ID online for vendors

· TDS Working
