Designation: Business Development Associate (Work from Office)

Students will also get the Major Project and certificate to submit in college.

Responsibilities Include:

· Consulting professionals working in the IT sector for the right career path over calls

· Keeping self updated with the latest technologies in the world

· Consistently achieving targets in line with team/organizational objectives.

· Building relationships with people and Identifying references through the existing learner base

· Keep abreast with Intellipaat’s latest offerings and best practices

· Understand the concerns, requirements, needs and effectively provide solutions to IT professionals to help in their career advancement.

Skills Preferred:

· Excellent spoken and verbal skills

· Ability to persuade and negotiate

· Ability to work under stress

· Ability to work in a team

· Fast-learner, keen on details, and self-motivated

Qualification : Any Graduation / Post Graduation (excluding Bachelor of Arts)

Note : Freshers are prefered (Immediate Joiners )

Compensation :

Till the time you do not get the provisional degree from College:

Fixed Yearly Pay for first 6 months: INR 1,32,000Variable Yearly Pay: Performance Based Incentives up to 15000 per month
Once you complete Major project and Submit provisional degree :
Fixed Yearly Pay: 362,400 INR Variable Yearly Pay: 3,62,600 INR (There is no cap on Variable Pay)Total CTC: INR 7,25,000(Candidates can earn upto 30,200 Fixed + 30,216 Performance Based Incentives
