Job Description
Role : Executive HR & Admin
- POC for end to end recruitment for Mid-level/ Sr Level
- Sourcing / Screening profiles according to the job specifications
- Develop pool of qualified candidates
- Good communication skills
- Should be able to capture and maintain data
- Should be able to handle both Recruitments (80%) & HR Operations (20%)
- HR Ops include payroll management, staff data entry & maintenance and maintaining a quality working environment benefitting the overall organisation
- Confident, Energetic Roles and Responsibilities
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹300,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year

Andheri West, Mumbai - 400053, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
hiring: 2 years (Preferred)
HR: 2 years (Preferred)

Professional in Human Resources® (Preferred)
