In this role

The IT Integration EDI Platform Analyst is an Integration EDI SME with Deep domain, functional and technical skills of Integration EDI and related processes and platform(s). He/ She is involved in E2E application life cycle management teaming up with Business Process Owners, Solution Architects, Platform Solution Managers and Project Managers. The activities for an Integration EDI Platform

Specialist include ideation, feasibility studies, roadmap development, project initiation, estimation, design, user story creation, backlog creation, build, test, validation, deployment, maintenance, operations and decommissioning of the applications including continuous improvement cycles ensuring the right quality and performance levels. The EDI Integration Platform Specialist will be more an Integration EDI specialist with deep EDI and SAP ERP process/platform knowledge.

You are responsible for
• Analysing processes and making proposals regarding process re-engineering and IT EDI solutions.
• Responsible for realization and implementation of required IT EDI solution, including testing, training and SLA.
• Drive solution design as a recognized Expert, to meet business requirements, recognizing the impact on inter-related systems.
• Should have in-depth knowledge of related technology areas for specific domain. Adhere & drive improvements to standards, guidelines & process.
• Work in scrum teams for realization of E2E technology solutions.
• Work with Devops teams for all operational activities including Incidents, MEC, YEC and service Catalogues.
• Builds active networks with key contacts in and outside Philips to keep abreast of new developments/insights in own areas of expertise.
• Process EDI Onboarding standard changes in SAP Process Orchestration, Seeburger Information Manager (PIL) and SAP ERP partner profiles; coordinate connection set ups/changes; and coordinate releases
• Report on project and onboarding statuses

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
• Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in IT or related field (minimum education level and/or related major for the role)
• Lean Foundation Certified (mandatory technical experience, knowledge and/or certification)
• 10+ years of combined experience in Integration technical lead, business analyst, and project management experience
• Experience leading partner teams and coaching junior resources
• IT Integration EDI competencies:
• EDI technical and business knowledge and experience
• SAP Process Orchestration 7.5
• SAP ERP partner profile updates
• API and Microservices building and supporting experience
• Statutory requirements for the role like FDA, Sox, etc.
• Interpersonal skills, Strategic vision of business models.
• Consulting Skills.
• Expertise in Lean Agile , ITIL and Devops practices.
• Strong business skills; able to understand how Integration EDI solutions facilitate business solutions. Articulate this in business terms and communicate in English with business leadership
• Drive efficiencies
