Job Requirements
• To do the preventive & breakdown maintenance as per the standard procedure.
• Never start the maintenance work without approval of safety permit.
• Use the equipment & resources effectively.
• Use proper PPE at work station.
• Handover the equipment for preventive maintenance dept. to maintain the equipment in healthy condition.
• To ensure the minimum spillage &wastage of the material.
• To fill up the log book on the ongoing process.
• To maintain the good housekeeping in the plant.
• For daily routine work no casual labor support will be provided.
• Active participation in the TPM & WCM initiative.
Work Experience
• ITI / Diploma with 3-10 years in process / chemical / fine chemical industries.
• Strong exposure and hands on experience in equipments used in chemical process plants. / Batch process.
• Practical experience in maintenance of Glass line equipments and mechanical seals.
• Knowledge on DCS / PLC based control system.
• Conceptual knowledge of ISO, WCM, SIX SIGMA and MAXIMO.
• Knowledge of Safety Standards, use of PPEs
• Basic knowledge of utilities, refrigeration, steam, cooling towers
