Customer Support Executive

1. Resolving Customer queries on multiple platforms (via call, emails, and social media)

2. Plan to retarget old customers

3. Converting Abandoned Cart into a purchase by following up with the customer

4. Working on taking reviews from the customer on their purchase.

5. Coordinating with the production team for any last-minute changes given by customers in the order and helping them out in case the team faces any problem while dispatching the order.

6. Working with the logistics partner for a hustle-free delivery of the orders by coordinating with them and customers.

7. Keeping track of Orders Returning to us before and after delivery. Keeping track of Refunds, maintaining data, and initiating COD payments.

8. Developing feedback or complaint procedures for customers.

+. Helping in improving customer service procedures, policies, and standards.

10. Helping other managers discuss possible product and service improvements.

11. The ability of multitasking, think critically, problem solve, and be creative and flexible

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
