An Account Executive helps businesses make critical financial decisions by collecting, tracking, and correcting the company's finances. They are responsible for financial audits, reconciling bank statements, and ensuring financial records are accurate throughout the year. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced accountant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our company's financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations. The accountant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate financial information and providing financial advice to the management team.
Roles and Responsibilities .
• Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger accounts, financial statements, and balance sheets.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations by preparing and filing tax returns, as well as communicating with tax authorities.
• Basic knowledge of the Companies Act
• Monitor financial transactions and provide regular reports to management.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records.
• Good command over Tally and other tax related software.
• Develop financial plans and strategies to help the company achieve its goals.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as an accountant.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
