HR Shared Services Specialist

What are the ongoing responsibilities of this position?
Provide superior customer service to employees and leaders in India
Manage Tier 1 askHR queries and assist employees as per SLA regarding benefits, HR policy and procedural questions and Workday manager and employee self-service process inquiries
Support Talent Acquisition team with respect to ‘Job Posting’, ‘Interview Scheduling’, ‘Background Verification’ and ‘Onboarding’ of candidates timely
Provide monthly payroll inputs to Payroll Team on other earnings/miscellaneous inputs
Enroll employees into various company provided benefits and voluntary benefits exercised by employees
Liaise effectively and collaboratively with Global Client Partnering, Talent Acquisition, Global Total Rewards, Talent Management, Payroll and other support teams to resolve employee Tier 2 queries
Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist employees
Regulatory Requirements – make sure all the branches under ISC are adhered to and complied with various regulatory requirements. Maintain the various registers and make sure it’s up to date across ISC branches.
Manage the Provident Fund approval process for employees as employer and help employees with PF/Gratuity and ESI queries
Manage the Sodexho Process end to end
Other duties and project work as required
What qualifications, skills and experience would help someone to be successful?
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 4-5 year's work experience in Human Resources ideally in Shared Services model
Solid problem solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Exceptional customer service orientation
Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities
Maintain high priority on data integrity and security
Strong analytical skills
Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills
Ability to work independently and effectively in a team environment
Working knowledge of Workday, Taleo/Workday Recruiting , MS Office
Ability to work across multiple HR disciplines and geographies
