Chief Executive Officer

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a strategic plan for the Clinical Trials Organization that aligns with the overall goals of the Management and maximizes revenue and profitability
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, CROs, academic institutions, Hospitals and other stakeholders in the clinical trials industry
• Identify new business opportunities and lead business development efforts to secure new contracts and partnerships
• Develop and manage budgets, financial forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure financial targets are met
• Build and lead a highperforming team of professionals, including clinical trial managers, project managers, data managers, biostatisticians, and others
• Ensure that all clinical trials conducted by the organization are conducted ethically, safely, and in compliance with regulatory requirements
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and quality management systems to ensure the highest quality of clinical trial conduct and data management
• Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence

Qualifications and Requirements:
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the clinical trials industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership position
• Advanced degree in a relevant field such as medicine, life sciences, business administration, or a related field
• Strong business acumen, with experience in managing P&L and developing financial forecasts
• Demonstrated success in business development and relationship management in the clinical trials industry
• Deep understanding of the clinical research process, including regulatory requirements and guidelines
• Experience in building and leading highperforming teams in a matrixed organization
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals
• Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and tight timelines
