Radtel India is a Strategic Digital Consulting organization based in Bangalore, India, which was bootstrapped in the year 2017.

As a Strategic Digital Consulting organization, we offer different administrations across five spaces: Design, Development, Digital Marketing, Support, and Consulting.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Self-motivator, able to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Managing End-to-End HR Course.

· Expert knowledge in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, BHR, Learning and Development, Compliance, and Governance.

· Hands-on knowledge and experience in using HR Platforms and Softwares.

· Ability to compile and analyze data and trends.

· Good oral & written communication skills.

· Collect feedback from learners regarding the effectiveness of several training methods.

· Ensuring that creative, interactive, multimedia presentations are created.

· Holding workshops, seminars, and lectures.

· Should have good logical, analytical and problem-solving skills.

· English Communication Skills (Spoken, Written).

· Develop the training plan with the team and train the learner as per the plan.

· Track the progress of each learner as per the plan and motivate to complete the courses on time.

· Encourage students to self-learn.

· Responsible for delivering all training courses as per the company standard.

Qualification:

· Expert knowledge in HR Models

· Years of experience 3+

· Any degree or related proven certificates of Human Resource.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per month
