Retail Sales Assistant

Desired Candidate. Must have prior experience in Retail Showroom Sales / Counter Sales.

Understand & Listen to the customer's requirements and offer the right product

Must have good spoken regional language.

The candidate will be responsible for providing an in-house customer experience for the company's products. Helps in building the brand across the region. They are responsible for ensuring their staff gives great customer service as well as monitoring the financial performance of the store.

Primary Task: Understand customer requirements, and offer suitable products.

Educate customers about product specifications.

Recruit, select, orient, and train store staff.

Manage store budgets and financial records.

Maximize profitability, meet sales targets.

Handle customer queries and complaints, communicate with the reporting office.

Oversee pricing, stock control, and prepare promotional materials.

Comply with legal requirements, maintain store stability and reputation.

Location: Siliguri, Bangalore, Pune & Nagpur.

Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

Salary: ₹+,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
