Jr. Social Media Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage our company's social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in social media trends and have a good understanding of various social media platforms.

Job Responsibilities:
• Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
• Create and curate high-quality content (Eg. Reels, Posts, Stories) for all social media platforms
• Develop and implement social media strategies to increase engagement and reach
• Monitor social media platforms for comments, questions, and direct messages, and respond to them in a timely and professional manner
• Track and analyze social media metrics to measure the success of social media campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and incorporate them into social media strategies
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop new social media campaigns and initiatives

Requirements:
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and social media management tools.
• Experience in creating and publishing social media content.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use them to improve social media strategies.
• Have knowledge of tools - a. Canva, b. Premier Pro, c. Adobe After Effect

Contract length: 12 months

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
