Job Description: Senior Full Stack Developer (MEVN or MEAN or MERN Stack)

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join our team. As a Senior Full Stack Developer, (MEVN or MEAN or MERN Stack) you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining complex web applications and services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities:

● Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable webapplications and services.

● Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide technical insights and solutions.

● Architect and develop efficient and reusable code using appropriate technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.

● Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, performance, and adherence to coding standards.

● Identify and debug complex issues, and propose and implement effective solutions.

● Integrate frontend and backend systems, ensuring seamless data flow and optimal performance.

● Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.

● Implement and maintain unit tests and automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.

● Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in web development technologies and frameworks.

● Mentor and provide guidance to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.

● Participate in technical discussions, brainstorming sessions, and planning of development tasks.

● Communicate effectively with team members and project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

● Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

● Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer with a minimum of 4-5 years of professional experience.

● Framework Express.Js is mandatory

● Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (Angular or React or Vue.js).

● Extensive experience with backend technologies such as Node.js.

● Proficiency in working with MongoDB and ORM frameworks.

● Solid understanding of web development concepts, architecture, and design patterns.

● Experience with version control systems, such as Git.

● Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.

● Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

● Ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

● Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
