Job Summary:

We are currently seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our team. The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets, identifying trends, patterns, and insights, and effectively communicating the findings to various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analysis, data modeling, and data visualization, and will be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all incoming data files and ensure proper organization and storage.

- Assist in developing strategies and drive implementation of data consolidation and automation.

- Assess system performance and make recommendations for software, hardware, and data storage improvements.

- Troubleshoot data-related problems and authorize maintenance or modifications.

- Collect data from throughout the company and create comprehensive MIS using tools like Google Sheets, Forms, Power BI, SQL etc.

- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.

- Interpret and communicate data findings to various stakeholders.

- Develop and maintain data models, reports, and visualizations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.

- Conduct data quality checks and ensure data integrity.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science).

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office.

- Excellent knowledge of Google Workspace, specifically Google Sheets and Forms.

- Ability to train junior staff.
