• You will be supporting Back Office for support on Payment gateway related quiries.
• You will be Back Office Banking related Queries.
• You will be Back Office queries about the customers banking accounts.
• This is a Rotational shift
• Five-days working with 2Days rotational off
• Decent English communication with HINDI ( Oral ) and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle irate customers
• Solve Customer queries
• A team player
• Active listening and questioning, an eye for detail to determine the root cause of the issue, to avoid repeat contacts and further effort to resolve issues
• Display Ownership and accountability
• Quickly build trust and confidence with customer
• Own and resolve customer issues efficiently, effectively and empathetically
• Excellent comprehension and articulation skills
