Creative Director Job Description:

Roles and Responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented and motivated creative director to lead our company's design and animation department. The successful candidate must possess excellent leadership qualities, with the ability to maximize the talents of their team.

Creative Directors provide the vision and creative leadership for an animation project.
Guides assigned projects and is responsible for the overall quality of the work produced by the team.
Oversee client pitches and proposals as needed.
Person will have strong creative/content development and project management experience.
Inspires the team to raise the bar with every project – both in terms of creativity and efficiency.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction with creative deliverables.
Assisting clients in resolving issues by responding to questions in a timely and professional manner.
Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest animation techniques.
Directing brainstorming meetings and creative sessions.
Supervising the department's daily workflow, assigning project workloads, and monitoring deadlines and budgets.
Developing exceptional and well-crafted copy that meet clients’ requirements.
Directors are responsible for the quality of the animation, for keeping it brief and for delivering consistent performances by assigning, or casting, the appropriate Animators.
Reviewing the work of designers and providing direction and feedback.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in art, graphic design, marketing, communications, journalism, or other relevant fields.
A minimum of 3-5 years experience.
Familiarity with a variety of software programs used for animations, such as After Effects, Cinema 4D, Animate CC, 3ds Max, Maya and Blender.
Talent in presenting information concisely and accurately, with keen attention to detail.
Good comfort level interacting with high-profile clients and industry professionals.
Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills.
Must be a creative and strategic thinker.
