Job Description for Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable - Mumbai

We have an urgent opening for Senior Executive – Accounts Receivable - Mumbai

Job Description:

Handling customer base and liaisoning
Maintaining books of accounts with debtors and collections updated
Coordinating with Sales, Operations and other functional departments
Coordinating with Customers and keeping check on outstanding receivables
MIS reporting
Reconciling reports between 2 systems and upgrading the process
Liaising with auditors and banks as necessary


Prerequisite :

Tally Prime experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in small to midsize companies / firms
Good communication skills with good temperament to handle customers and sales n operations staff
Good excel skills with knowledge of vlookup, pivot table, etc.
