Job Title: Sr. Technical Recruiter (Experience in handling US IT requirements)

Company: V-Dart

Eligibility: 2 to 5 years

Location: Trichy

Criteria: Willing to relocate to Trichy

Timing: US Shift Hours

Qualification: Any Graduation in Computer Science / Applications / Engineering / Others OR Any Other Graduation (Arts / Science / Engineering) with Additional Exposure /Certification in IT

Skills & Responsibilities:

· Experience in handling US IT requirements

· Good Business Communication Skills / e-mail Ethics / Voice & Accent

· Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interview and placement in quick TAT.

· Ability to handle full recruitment life cycle: posting, sourcing, screening, negotiating and closing candidates as per requirement specifications.

· Ready to work as an Individual Contributor and be proactive in daily submissions against the requirement which is given to them.

· Good Understanding of Geographies like US/Canada/LATAM operations

· Perfect Understanding of Generating Response through Job Postings, Mass Mailing etc.

· Experience in working with any leading ATS

· Strong sourcing through Internal DB, Vendor Connects, References etc.

· Smart Skills in Sourcing in Job Portals (Paid & Free), Social Media, Bots & other Innovative Sourcing Techniques.

· Experience in working on any or more diversified job requirements across INFRA / ERP/ BI / SMAC / Cloud/ Leadership Hiring etc.

· Exposure to working models and recruitment needs of Global BIG 4, US Fortune 500, System Integrator(s) etc. is an advantage Good in relationship management with Clients / Vendors and Consultants.

· Proficiency in generating Daily / Weekly / Monthly MIS Reporting

· Must be highly motivated, dedicated and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
