We are hiring for Sr Accountant,

We are KPO Company ( Knowledge Process Outsourcing ) and we do have client in US and Australia. we are providing Auditing and Accounting Services to our client. We have a strength of 500+ Employees having headquarter in Ahmedabad & One Branch in Mumbai Location.

We have i.T Division with 40+ employees to support IT product development for our Own business.

Also, the organization is growing in the various business sectors such as Digital Marketing, staffing solutions and software services.

Job Profile: Sr Accountant

Operate, support and review the day to day accounting operations and processes for designated clients
Direct & effective Client Communication via e-mails and phone regularly

Experience in to Small and Midsize Accounting.

Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions
Interact with the client VIA email and/phone (If required)

Resolve Queries in a timely manner working around the establishment TATs (turnaround times).

Understanding process and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard operating Procedures) as and when required.

Train new resources as and when required

Perform day-to-day accounting job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients.

Management Reporting based on measurable KRAs

Provide coaching and guidance to staff on accounting and client issues.

Accurate Processing of month-end procedures
Understanding and documenting the business requirements of various clients.

Competence Requirements

Require excellent time management skills to meet aggressive goals and objectives (TAT).

Well conversant in Verbal and Written English Conversation.

Ability to learn the new software and processes quickly

Eligibility:Graduate in Commerce / Post Graduate in commerce

Experience: 1years of minimum experience in F&A Outsourcing industry
Sound Knowledge of MS Office, mainly MS Excel and MS Word.
