4-6 years of experience in administration of Backup environment with Veeam Backup technology.

Configuring and supporting daily task with backup repository configuration, Cloud storage configuration for backup repository with Azure and replication technology with Veeam.

Performed Upgrade for Veeam backup environment, Veeam servers & proxy servers etc. software installation & platform Upgrades.

Participate in developing solution for disaster recovery.

Experience in recovering the data from ransomware attack using Veeam tool or other tools.

Experience in recovering the data from other threats using backup technology.

Migration of old backup environment to new setup consisting of Veeam technology.

Experience of Configuring backup repository and cloud repository & replications.

Understanding of Backup data lifecycle management policy and have implemented it.

Configuring data replication across sites for data redundancy and have perform Disaster recovery.

Experience of Backup Administration as performing various task from Backup console & monitoring backup environment.

Hands on experience on Policy creation & deletion, Managing the attributes of Polices like backup windows, Linux & databases.

Understanding & experience of Installing client's software.

Should have performed operational task like client server, DB & hosts Backup & Restores.

Understanding of Catalog Backup management & recovery of the backup setup in case of disaster.

Trouble shooting failure and provide resolutions issues occurred in the environment.

Performing Snapshot for backup environment.

Audit remediations in the backup environment.

Trouble shooting backup failure.

Create SOP's and process for smooth functioning of backup environment.

Guide and mentor L1/L2 Backup team.

Certification would be a plus point.

Other certification related to Backup / Storage.

Hands-on with Acronis will be good
