Full Job Description
1. Deep Cleaning / Regular Cleaning to be carried out at ATM off-site/s as per the agreed SLA with the Client - MSP / Bank.

i. Regular Cleaning to be carried out at ATM off-site/s on daily basis.

ii. Deep-Cleaning to be carried out at ATM off-site/s once / twice in a week / fortnightly (within 15days) / twice in a month.

iii. The frequency to carry-out Deep-Cleaning should be based on the below factors :

a. It should as per agreed SLA with the client (MSP / Bank).

b. It should be based on the geographical location aspect – if the site is in remote location. This must be discussed & then agreed by the client, only then implemented on the ground.

2. Appointment of A Housekeeper – A housekeeper will carry-out cleaning at ATM off-site.

i. It is the duty of the Area / Regional Supervisor to appoint a housekeeper for all those ATM off-sites which are under his supervision.

ii. It is the duty of the Area / Regional Supervisor to train the housekeeper for cleaning (Regular & Deep-Cleaning) as per the client’s requirement.

iii. It is the duty of the Area / Regional Supervisor to provide house-keeping material to the housekeeper. The housekeeping material must be present at each ATM off-site.

3. Area / Regional Supervisor KRA –

i. To ensure to visit the ATM off-site/s daily during morning time (before 0+:00AM) and proper audit are done at each site and DATE n TIME snaps are taken of the cleaned site and shared with their immediate superior.

ii. To ensure the housekeeper is visiting site everyday & carrying-out cleaning activity as mentioned in the below table.

iii. To ensure that in the absence of a housekeeper either immediate replacement is kept or he, himself carries out housekeeping / cleaning at the ATM off-site until a housekeeper is appointed.

AS A HOUSEKEEPING EXECUTIVE YOUR KRA WILL BE :-

HK Services SPOC KRA –

i. To ensure daily follow-up with the supervisor / housekeeper to carryout Regular cleaning / Deep Cleaning at all the ATM off-site/s.

ii. To ensure DATE n TIME Regular Cleaning / Deep Cleaning snaps are shared by the supervisor. And these Regular Cleaning / Deep Cleaning snaps are shared with the client pro-actively or as per the client’s requirement.

To ensure random audits are done from your end to see if the cleaning at ATM off-site/s are carried out as per the below mentioned points in the table.

Salary: ₹8,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
