Job Description

We're looking for a talented & experienced Operations Executive in Bangalore.

Incredible opportunity to work with the CEO, City Lead, Operations Lead- South & East, & Operations Executive at a high-growth startup to drive meaningful impact.

This is an in-person dark store role and you must be based in Bangalore (close to Koramangala).

Responsibilities

Help manage operations at our dark store in Koramangala.

Work closely with Zippee customers (D2C/E-Commerce Brands) and support them in expansion/growth in Bangalore.

Ensure a streamlined Supply Chain across dark stores to drive ~100% success rate in Same-Day Fulfillment & meet SLAs.

Responsible for managing & motivating teams at our office-cum-dark store (inventory controllers, pickers, packers, store captains, delivery fleets).

Weekly audits, COD reconciliation, and MIS reporting to Management.

Help create a rockstar culture amongst your team to scale to profitability.

Qualifications

2-5 years of Operations or Warehousing Experience, preferably at E-commerce/Supply Chain/Warehousing/Logistics tech companies.
