Urgent Hiring IT RECRUITER (Freshers / Experience- 6months in recruitment / sales)- Work from Office - Immediate Joiner
• Qualification : Must be graduate in BCA / B.Tech / BSC (IT) / MCA
• Location : New Alipore, Kolkata

NOTE : B.tech (mechanical or civil) can only apply if they have experience in sales / recruitment), fresher with this graduation do not apply.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Upgrade your skills by working on end-to-end recruitment for the leading MNC companies.

Sourcing Candidates from various Job portals like Naukri / Monster / shine and Linkedin.

Screening the candidates resumes and contacting relevant candidates.

Assess knowledge, Communication skills aptitude, and experience of the applicant.

Arranging interviews for selected candidates with the chosen company.

Excellent learning skills and maintaining good relationships with candidates.

Requirements
• Excellent English communication skills
• Must be confident and Passionate
• Basic computer skills
