Roles & Responsibilities:

Prior knowledge in Overseas Education / Immigration / Recruitment / HR / Sales / BPO / Insurance/ Counseling.
Filing the cases, Taking follow ups for the documents, solving client queries
Helping Individuals who wanted to relocate internationally
Maintain strong working client relationships.
Very good at assisting immigrants with filing paperwork and legal representation in order to obtain work authorization.
Documentation for visa for US, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Europe requirements.
Handling client queries over the phone and in meetings & emails.
Daily follow up with the clients and help in filling the forms.
Immigration filings & process.
Requirements:

Excellent communication skills & command of English (Mandatory).
Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills.
Familiarity with computers and the Internet is a must.
Passion to learn and grow.
Responsible and motivated to give your best.
Team skills and strong relationship building skills.
Ability to accomplish results.
Good to have -
Computer Knowledge in MS Office and Google Sheets.

NOTE : Work from office only and No virtual interview.

Salary: Up to ₹240,000.00 per year
