Day Shift Job Role

Job Role & Responsibilities -

• Counseling students and parents about our course over the calls

• Out-bond calls as per the leads receive from the support team (Marketing, Admin-support).

• Interaction with students and parents on a routine basis over the call.

• Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.

• Update daily database to CRM.

• Individual who is responsible for providing educational career advice, educational support and counselling

• Should be able to achieve the desired target.

• Evaluate student educational and work backgrounds in order to help them determine what they need to

do next to achieve their goals.

• System Updating & Follow up with a prospect who has been counseled already.

• Follow and complete the eligibility check of the students database

• Integrity and professionalism.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Schedule:
• Day shift
• Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:
• Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:
• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:
• Education Counselor: 1 year (Preferred)
